Yandex & Google own 96% of Russia Search Engine Usage

According to Quintura blog, the highly informative English language lens into the Russian Search Market they cite Comscore research in a Russian newspaper Vedomosti

The data demonstrates Yandex’s continued domination of the Russian market

Yandex – 54.5% share

Google – 34.5% share

Mail.ru – 7.4% share

Rambler – 1.9%

Bing – 0.4% share

According to comScore, there were 21.5 million search users in Russia last August, or 63.4% of Internet users in the country.
